The University of Teacher Education of the Grisons trains teachers for all school levels – in German, Italian and Romansh. Its graduates work as teachers in nursery schools, primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools or as special needs teachers. In addition to part-time and full-time courses, it offers CAS, DAS, courses and services, and a master's degree in school development. Its research focuses on educational sciences, mathematics didactics, Italian/Italian didactics and Romansh/Romansh didactics.

Sexismus und sexuelle Belästigung sind auch in der Schweizer Hochschullandschaft Realität. Der Sexual Harassment Awareness Day setzt ein Zeichen für ein respektvolles und belästigungsfreies Umfeld. Vier Bündner Hochschulen sowie die Forschungseinrichtung Academia Raetica beteiligen sich mit einer gemeinsamen Veranstaltung an der nationalen Kampagne.
