Die Kaiserin und ihre Tiere. Eine etwas andere Reise durch den menschlichen Körper.

Stiftung Frauenkulturachiv Graubünden

The Empress and her animals. A somewhat different journey through the human body. Lecture with Marian Leuthold, teacher and naturopath.

In her exciting book "Die Kasierin und ihre Tiere" (Boniswil 2020), Marian Leuthold describes how we can make contact with every organ in our body, what character they have and which animal is assigned to the organs in the Chinese calendar. The heart is the empress with the horse, the kidneys belong to the finance minister who looks after the rooster, and the liver is like a general, strong like an ox.

A lecture on the function and character of the organs, what makes them sick and how they get well. Combined with the five elements of Chinese medicine: wood, fire, earth, metal and water.
