The event features interesting presentations by Dr. Katrin Arnold, Head of Research at Roche Basel, and Tatjana Topalovic, Senior Program Manager Diversity, Inclusion, and Mentorship at the AO Foundation. There will also be opportunities for discussion and networking. The focus lays on topics as “Diverse Minds, Better Science and Business Outcomes” and “Mentorship, Sponsorship & Visibility: What Women Need to Thrive.” The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of the challenges surrounding gender diversity in research, learn from best practices, and find solutions together.
The fourth Werkgespraech is a collaboration between the AO Foundation/ARI Research Institute and Diversity-gr. The event will be held mainly in English (with German translation).
