More than 20yrs experience in Research Funding, thereof over 8 years at the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF); Chair of European Working Groups in Focus of Research Careers and Research Funding.

Coaching Objective

The overall goal of the Coaching Funding is precise feedback, Tipps & Tricks, Do’s & Don’ts by the Coach for the optimization of the funding application documents by the Coachee.

By individual agreement between Coach and Coachee depending on the submission deadline, see below: TIMING

Registration for a Coaching Funding latest 2 months before the envisaged submission deadline (the earlier the better).

Fee

• CHF 400.- advanced PhD candidates & early Postdocs/Set Coaching Funding

• CHF 500.- advanced Postdocs/Set Coaching Funding

• CHF 600.- established Researchers/Set Coaching Funding

Partial reimbursement by Academia Raetica with CHF 200.-/Set Coaching Funding after payment of full amount to the Coach. Please note, that the Academia Raetica will only support coaching of scientists from its member or partner institutions and who apply for funding for a research project to be conducted in Graubünden.

About the coaching

This Coaching Funding will provide feedback to third-party funding applications to be performed at a Research Institution that is either a member or partner of the Academia Raetica/Graubünden.

Coachee must be main applicant of the relevant funding application.

Target audience

From Postdocs to Advanced Researchers, all disciplines.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be communicated by e-mail to the Coach/Susanne Matuschek with cc Daniela Heinen.

If a Coaching Funding is cancelled before the preparation of the Coachee will be send to the Coach: no cost
