Kantonsspital Graubünden Departement Chirurgie

The Department of Surgery assumes a center function in southeastern Switzerland and actively conducts teaching and research. Around 14'000 operations are performed each year. In the context of education, training and continuing education, about 200 hours of student teaching and more than 80 scientific lectures are held annually, as well as several publications in international journals and book chapters.

This commitment is an essential pillar for the promotion of quality in medical science and guarantees our patients the best possible diagnostics and therapy in the entire surgical spectrum with the exception of cardiac and transplantation surgery.
