Dr. Adhurim Haxhimusa, FHGR

Dr. Adhurim Haxhimusa has worked as a teaching and research associate at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR) in Chur since September 2019. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) in Vienna in 2017 under the supervision of professor Klaus Gugler and professor Franz Wirl. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the WU Vienna up until he got a tenure-track position from FHGR at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (ZWF) in 2019. His research activity focuses on energy economics, regulatory and competition economics, industrial economics, energy markets, energy and climate policy, and telecommunication markets.

His work is published in peer-reviewed journals, like: Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Energy Economics, Energy Journal, Energy Policy, and Telecommunication Policy.
